Something I have learned through experience is a simple principle that continues to reveal itself over time.
A principle I have come to live by:
A physical problem is healed in the physical realm.
A spiritual problem is healed in the spiritual realm.
The body requires physical nourishment-food, rest, movement, and proper care.
The soul requires spiritual nourishment-joy, music, prayer, purpose, meaning, and inner connection.
When we try to heal one dimension through another, something essential is often overlooked.
Not every struggle is physical.
Not every struggle is spiritual.
True healing begins when we recognize the nature of the problem and meet it at the right level.
Perhaps healing is not only about finding answers.
Perhaps it is about understanding where those answers belong.
